I am new at it also, started last week hust testing the water a ilttle to see what is up with this, So far have not seen much to it unless you want to do flea makets or have sone type of store to sell in.

Go to google and type in Storage unit auctions and you will find most of what you need.

Found a sire here in the Atlanta area that Emails you a weekly report on the auctions for about $4.00 a week.

After you hit a few of them you can get there dates and times from the Storage places you go to.

Another way is get out the phone book and make calls and ask for there date and times, They want as many as can to come to them so most are very helpfull in giving out the information.

HI Catrone83! I just moved back to Atlanta from the Bay area. I used to be an auctioneer for one of the companies out there who do storage auctions.
It's pretty easy to find most of the auctions. you can go to www.jmichaelsauction.com or
www.storageauctionexperts.com.
the guy who does most of the jmichaels auctions is Jeff. and the other company  John Cordoza. They are both honest guys.
you can also get a list from www.storageauctions.com   he's a god guy too.
if you buy their list though always call before you go, especially the listing they have for other companies.
Good luck!

Yea it is def always good to call before you go to any auction! You may be wasting your time if they had everyone catch up on payments for their units and have nothing to auction off!

Well, it's obvious to me that you were either never in the Bay area, or if you were, that you moved to Atlanta sometime in the last 9 months or so.

Also, I'm 99% sure your name was different when you started this thread, but since you are a paying sponsor in this forum it's not much of a stretch to believe that your name could have been changed.

Edit: Make that 100% sure of your name change. As idicated in an earlier post by another poster, you WERE CATRONE83.

At any rate, your California connection seems to have been severed (if it ever existed) and following your MYRIAD connections at Facebook (and beyond), it's hard to believe you were ever really interested in being an auction buyer as was indicated in your early posts.

Strange that AMYL is in Atlanta also. Maybe YOU are amyl; she used to work for J.Michaels who truly IS in California.

Is Taylor in Atlanta any relation ?

Is any of this important? Maybe not, but I think there are others like me who just plain don't like being led down a primrose path by someone with motives other than those stated.
